Dr Kelechi B. Chukwu assumed the position of the Managing Director of SKB Logistics SA, and a pioneering partner in April 2008.
Dr Kelechi Chukwu holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Durban, South Africa, an MSc in Zoology (Environmental Sciences) from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos, Nigeria, a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science from ABEOCEC, Abeokuta Ogun State Nigeria and a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria.
Prior to joining SKB Logistics, Dr Kelechi Chukwu worked in various positions in the freight industry. He began his career in 1996 as Assistant Operations Manager at Cobita Investments Ltd, a renowned freight company based in Apapa, Lagos. Later, he worked as General Manager at Randolf Investment Group, a logistics group also based in Apapa Lagos. He then served as Business Development Manager at Gojo Cargo (PTY) Ltd, a freight company based in Johannesburg, South Africa, until April 2008, when he became the first Managing Director at SKB Logistics (PTY) Ltd, the South African and international office of SKB Logistics. Dr Kelechi Chukwu is married with children.
